At Saunni Bee – Home & Garden, we work closely with our partners to ensure your order ships quickly and is packaged securely to prevent damage during transit. When your items arrive, please inspect them to ensure everything is included and free from damage or defects.
Return Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return window for eligible items. However, items must be inspected upon delivery, and any damage, defects, or incorrect items must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
Returns are accepted only if the item is:
• Damaged
• Defective
• The wrong item was received
We do not accept returns for change of mind.
Because many of our products are made to order, we are unable to offer exchanges for different sizes, colors, or styles once an order has been placed. Please review product descriptions, measurements, and sizing charts carefully before purchasing to ensure the item meet your needs.
Items that do not fit due to incorrect size selection are not considered defective.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 14 days of delivery.

Please include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• A photo of the damage or defect (recommended)
Photos help us resolve the issue more quickly.
Once we receive your request, we will begin processing a replacement. In some cases, our suppliers may request that the damaged merchandise be returned. If so, we will provide additional instructions.
Order Cancellation
Orders are processed quickly and cannot be canceled once placed. Please review your order details carefully before completing your purchase.
Refused Deliveries
If an order is refused upon delivery and returned without prior authorization, a 35% restocking fee plus return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
The remaining balance will be refunded within 10 business days of receiving the returned merchandise.
