Saunni Bee - Home & Garden makes a great effort to ensure your merchandise ships promptly. We also ensure products are securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping. Upon the arrival of your merchandise, please check that all items have been received and are free from damage and/or defect.
NOVELTY DRINKWARE
Although we strive for perfection here at Saunni Bee, all items in our novelty drinkware collection are handmade and may vary slightly from one to another.
DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
If you receive damaged and/or defective merchandise, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. You can complete the form on our Contact Us page or email us directly at customerservice@saunnibee.com. Provide your order number and a description of the damage or defect. A digital photo may be included to explain the damage further.
Upon receipt of your notification, we will promptly process your claim for replacement. Suppliers sometimes require damaged merchandise to be returned to their warehouse. We will contact you with further instructions if a merchandise return is required.
Please note: Due to our insurance policy - we cannot accept claims for returns or exchanges after 30 days of your delivery date.
NON-DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
Please notify us within 30 days of your order date to obtain a return authorization. You can complete the form on our Contact Us page or email us directly at customerservice@saunnibee.com. Please email us your request to return, and a return authorization number will be issued. For accuracy, please specify your order number in your email.
We will notify you once a return authorization number has been issued. Orders must be received in our facility within 30 days of return authorization and be in new or unused condition in the original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

ORDER CANCELLATION
We strive to ship your orders out promptly; for this reason, we cannot cancel orders once your payment has been processed. Please review your order for accuracy before confirming your purchase.
Merchandise orders refused upon delivery and returned to our warehouse without a return authorization will be subject to a 25% restocking fee plus return shipping charges. A refund will be issued for the remaining balance. Please allow 10 business days for your refund to be processed.
