At Saunni Bee - Home & Garden, we and our partners strive to ensure your merchandise ships promptly and is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Upon receiving your merchandise, please check that all items are present and free from damage or defects
DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. You can complete the form on our Contact Us page or email us directly at returns@saunnibee.com. Please include your order number and a description of the damage or defect. Attaching a digital photo of the damage can help expedite the process.
Upon receipt of your notification, we will promptly process your claim for a replacement. Suppliers may sometimes require the damaged merchandise to be returned to their warehouse. If a return is necessary, we will provide you with further instructions.
NON-DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
To obtain a return authorization, please notify us within 30 days of your order date. You can complete the form on our Contact Us page or email us directly at returns@saunnibee.com.
Please include your order number in your email. Once your return request is approved, we will notify you with your return authorization number.
Please note:
- Non-defective returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Returns must be received at our facility within 30 days of the return authorization date. Merchandise must be in new or unused condition and in the original packaging to be eligible for a full refund (minus the restocking fee).

Due to our insurance policy, we cannot accept returns or exchanges more than 30 days after your delivery date.
ORDER CANCELLATION
We strive to ship your orders out promptly; for this reason, we cannot cancel orders once your payment has been processed. Please review your order for accuracy before confirming your purchase.
Merchandise orders refused upon delivery and returned to our warehouse without a return authorization will be subject to a 35% restocking fee plus return shipping charges. A refund will be issued for the remaining balance. Please allow 10 business days for your refund to be processed.
